I am a Malaysian living in Sarawak. Practised law since 1984. Born and bred in Kuching save for a stretch of 6 years (1978 - 1983) spent in Melbourne, Australia at Monash University doing a combined Law/Economics degree (and 9 months at Leo Cussens Institute of Continuing Legal Education). I was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1983 and returned to Malaysia the same year. I was called to the Sarawak Bar in early 1984.
In recent times, I have written some articles which have been published in the East Malaysian daily 'The Borneo Post' and the Malaysian Bar website. I decided to set up this web page at the request of some people who wanted access to my earlier works. This website will contain copies of my published articles (and maybe later some unpublished ones) as a kind of archive. Those interested in reading my writings published earlier together with other documents of interest can find them under the tab 'Articles'.
My random thoughts on other matters can be read under the tab 'My Thoughts' or my 'Blog'. I would be most happy to receive any comments or feedback which can be sent to my email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Thanks for visiting.
